We are a non-profit organization focused on educating the hearts of children and youth through the adults in their lives. Last year alone, we reached over 400,000 children and youth.
We are completely secular–although we are co-founded by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, it was his wish that we have no religious or political ties so that everyone has access to our programs and initiatives.
All of our work is evidence-informed: we provide free online resources backed by research to the community on heartmindonline.org.
