Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for US contiguous states.

Shipping to HI, AK, other non-continental US territories: $6 USD

Shipping to Canada: $24 USD + customer is responsible to pay taxes and duties to the carrier which are due upon delivery.

Shipping to all other international countries: $40 USD + customer is responsible to pay taxes and duties to the carrier which are due upon delivery.

Holiday Shipping Cutoff

Order by December 7th for Christmas delivery, please note is not guaranteed. We will ship in time, but delivery is subject to possible carrier delays. These are typically unexpected holiday volume, weather, or Covid disruption.

 

How much is the box?

Individual box purchases (with optional hand written note card) are $99 USD

 

Why is the box in USD?

We are very fortunate to have Minimus Brands as our partner in this project! They have offered to handle all logistical aspects of our boxes, including purchasing, storage, and shipping. This is why all internal costs and our pricing are in USD. (Fortunately, this also allows for better pricing on some items). 

 

 

Can I purchase multiple boxes, or as a corporate gift?

Yes, you can purchase multiple individual boxes per transaction. For a larger group or corporate purchase for future boxes, please contact us at customerservice@heartmindbox.com

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, each address needs to be placed as a separate order. 

  

Can I purchase this as a gift and have it shipped to someone else, with a personalized message?

Yes! Individual box purchases are $99 USD, and you have the option of adding a personalized hand written note card. 

 

Note Card

Please limit your message to 200 characters. Messages over 200 characters may be edited or rejected by HMB.

Here is an example of an acceptable message: 

Have a wonderful Birthday, Margaret! I saw this and thought of you immediately. You have so much heart and I hope you enjoy everything in the box with my love and hugs! Warmly, Fiona

Any subject matter in the card deemed to be inappropriate at the sole discretion of HMB may be rejected by HMB.

 

Where do I add in my message for the hand written note card addition?

You can place your message in the text box that can be found inside of your shopping cart after adding your order. 

 

Can I return a box? 

Please contact customerservice@heartmindbox.com to request return authorization. If the box is received in re-sellable condition we will refund you the cost of the box, less shipping, duty and taxes.  Please see details in Refund & Return Policy

 

If I like a specific item, can I purchase it by itself?

We are planning to launch individual popular items on the website in the near future with the exception of certain items that might be in limited quantities or that are special to the box.

 

There are no guarantees that we will be able to offer every item individually from a box at a later date, so if you want to make sure you get an item, getting the box is the best way to do that. 

 

How much of the proceeds of the box go to the Dalai Lama Center? 

The Dalai Lama Center will receive 50% of all net proceeds from every box. The exact amount will change as the cost breakdown of each box is unique.

 

Who are your suppliers? 

We welcome suppliers who are aligned with our work of nurturing Heart-Mind Well-Being in our communities, and who are committed to ethical and environmentally friendly business practices.

How can I become a vendor?

Can I recommend a vendor? 

Absolutely! If you would like to recommend a vendor or product for our Heart-Mind Boxes, please email us at customerservice@heartmindbox.com with the product, company and contact details. 

  

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Customer will be responsible to pay taxes and duties to the carrier which are due upon delivery. 

     

    When does the box ship?

      Orders will normally ship weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays, but if you have a special circumstance, feel free to email customerservice@heartmiindbox.com

      Delivery may take up to 3-7 business days from the day your box is shipped. International shipping may take up to 10 business days (or more). We do our best to be very prompt with shipping, but once the box leaves our warehouse, it's out of our control. Please note that there are often delivery delays due to COVID-19 in processing, transportation and customs clearance. 

       

      Can I track my order?

      Yes if you would like to track your order you will be able to download the Shop app to track your order when you receive your order confirmation.

      Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update. 

       

       

       

      Will my products or box be the same color I've seen in photos?

      Most of the time, but some items may be subject to a variety in color. We'll always try our best to choose appealing and gender-neutral colors. 

      We reserve the right to substitute items in the box for similar items if necessary.
